Contact messages

When you contact us through the form, we collect your name, email address, subject, message, submission time and a reference number to respond to you. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or private library files.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions and processes browser and network signals for spam protection. Our Cloudflare service briefly uses your network address to limit repeated requests; it is not stored with your message. Messages are stored privately and forwarded through Resend to our contact mailbox. We do not send form contents to Google Analytics.

Delivered copies in the form database are removed after 90 days. Undelivered messages are kept for recovery, and email correspondence is retained as needed to respond and maintain business records. You can use the contact form to request deletion. Cloudflare describes its verification processing in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Android interest signups

If you join the Android interest list, Nimblor stores your email address, optional phone/tablet preference, signup time and the version of the consent wording you accepted. We use these to assess demand and email you about Glimshelf Android development and testing. Joining this list does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

The list is stored privately using Cloudflare. The signup service briefly processes your network address to limit repeated requests; we do not save that address in the list or send your email to Google Analytics. There is no public subscriber directory. Signups are not email-verified, so we treat the count as expressions of interest rather than confirmed testers.

To withdraw consent and request deletion, email contact@glimshelf.com from the address you signed up with. We will review the list at least annually and remove it if we decide not to pursue Android. Signing up does not guarantee a release or a testing place.

What the website measures

After opt-in, the site sends page views, page title, the referring site’s origin, and clicks to the public TestFlight invitation. The page location may include utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign values limited to letters, numbers, spaces, periods, underscores, and hyphens. Every other query parameter and all page fragments are removed. Only the referrer origin is sent.

Google Analytics uses cookies and session identifiers and may receive browser and device information, IP-derived approximate location, and interaction timing. It derives measures such as visits, pages, engagement, and bounce rate. Google describes its handling of this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Advertising storage, ad personalization in every region, Google Signals, enhanced measurement, user-provided data collection, and granular location and device collection are disabled. Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga after consent.

Event data and user data associated with cookies or identifiers are retained for two months, the shortest available setting. New activity does not reset that period. Google’s standard aggregate reports are not controlled by this retention setting.

Change your choice

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or decline later. Declining updates consent and removes Glimshelf’s _ga cookies from this domain.

The app is separate

The Glimshelf iPhone and iPad app has no third-party analytics SDK and does not automatically upload its local diagnostics. Optional website analytics do not change the app’s data flow.
